TRANSFORMATION

This would be a 90 day transformation but I made a huge mistake with my diet for the first 30 days.
I go to the gym because I am inspired to transform my body into its ultimate peak. I have forged a bond with the iron in blood, sweat and Spirit. My passion is in the gym. My pride is in the gym. I give routine and discipline to the gym forsaking all wasted time watching TV and reading politics. I am a Yogi with a Fitness Pal. I grow mentally, spiritually and muscularly. My body is a temple and I do worship in it. I feed it with complex carbs, proteins and healthy fats. The only thing I neglect is sleep because sleep is for broke people who don’t want or expect anything out of life. I ain’t him!!! I workout for my health of course but my passion dictates that I work out at any hours of the day rain, or sun shine I’m that dude who shows up. I do all of this for one reason…..I LOVE LIVIN

OUR “I LOVE LIVIN IS A LIFESTYLE” MOVEMENT

This project is an opening into our lives. Our motto for 2013 is “FLTA-Family Living in Truth and Abundance!” Family is # 1 and we represent an idea, it is LOVE and LIGHT which is expressed in multiple ways. Along this journey we will allow YOU the audience to perceive and receive us in your likeness!  Because no one can see themselves without the relationship of others plus we are all individuals entitled to express the Spirit within. Another one of Our words is “UNLIMITEDNESS” which empowers US to be all things. We create and have created our own universe by unplugging our Spirits from the Matrix…. Through the study and practice of metaphysics, meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy eating habits and more to align our mind, body, and soul as ONE (connect with Higher Self) to have a direct connection through the ETHER. We hold each other accountable with our actions on a quest for congruence -each one teach one- we also guide and teach our children through those many methods mentioned.  We all are reflections of one another and we want to share the LOVE and LIGHT with all.  We are a party of 4 (1 male partner, 1 women partner and 2 children 1 male and 1 female). A double balance of masculine and feminine energies (YIN &YANG). We LOVE LIVIN! Face to face, this blog, our Facebook pages, our writings published and unpublished, and stay tuned for our YouTube channel (I LOVE LIVIN1111) we trust we will inspire, motivate and enlighten your consciousness by sharing our lives..
