HOW TO RECREATE AND REWRITE “BLACK” HISTORY

Just read a post that inspired this one. We are all aware that February is “Black History” month. And we all can agree something about this recognition doesn’t sit well with us. Instead stating the obvious and complaining about it or being negative. Let’s create a positive vacuum that creates a colorful story for “We Whom Have Melanin in Our Blood/Skin”!! I challenge us all to take actions with the little things small steps in recreating the stories of Melanin People by liking and sharing post of positive “Black” Images, supporting Melanin Friends and Family Members that have business’s. Put into those business when we can (time, money, or spreading the word) this will help the brave ones working to free themselves from “The Matrix” Dreams come to fruition. We all know Dr. King “Had a Dream” and there are many people whom we know that have Dreams that we can help right NOW!!! We already know how to support the Big Melanin Men and Women (famous people Kobe, Tyler Perry, Boris Kodjoe, Beyonce, list can go on and on) the Non-Melanin (David Tattersall, Miley Cyrus list can go on and on) ones as well. We watch their shows, we go to their sports games- live and by viewing on TV, we celebrate their events, we buy all their products that they sponsor or have their face on…. You see where I’m going with this. Maybe just SHOW UP for the little Melanin Men and Women that just need some support all it may cost us is: Hitting a LIKE button (Y), Sharing a post, being the 1st to comment on a post, or being the first to write on someone’s blog wall, watching a video with little to no views, buying a t-shirt from Superfresh clothing or buying a Yoni eggs and other wonderful goods from OraganicBlood, or buying a book from someone who self published A Deeper Love Fan Page & Xcon to Icon, or the artist who can create our masterpieces Ernest Washington & Greg V. Holder, going to a show and watching a performance by Mell Will & Niko A Thon or going to your families gatherings- nieces, nephews, cousin sports game, birthday etc….. JUST SHOW UP!!!! And YES, WE CAN SHOW UP!!! I chose to give examples in case some of us don’t know how, forgot how to, or are just afraid of being part of the story because you don’t want to go down in the History books as being supportive in a positive Melanin Cause. I highlighted a few GREATS (whom are on the front of my mind) in the beginning stages of their dreams and success’s!! Myself and My Husband Terrance SwoleYogi Krishna Guillory included. Life doesn’t stop its continuous and one month, one day, one hour, one second won’t dictate all the Amazingness we as Huemans can impact the world. The satisfaction is knowing that you are being proactive in recreating HIS STORY as well as SHARING our positive ANCIENT STORIES into our PRESENT STORIES of Today. I do all that I do cause I KNOW I am livin in MY PURPOSE…and this expression is why WE LOVE LIVIN <3!!

MOTHER and FATHER is CREATION/GOD!  Masculine and feminine energy is needed to create a seed.. For those of us whom have been blessed to become parents what an amazing gift from the Creator! The MOTHER and FATHER within us job… As a parent is to TEACH, PROVIDE, and PROTECT. MOM’S and DAD’S jobs is the duty of just being, it’s the human title we give to the one’s who gave life to their seeds. Being a Mother and Father comes with great responsibility. There is no responsibility for Mom’s and Dad’s their job is done after conception. Since it’s Father’s Day lets celebrate the fathers and dads for who they truly ARE! I’ve have been blessed with two men to celebrate; My husband & best friend of 10yrs and father of two of my children Trinity and Neo, Terrance Guillory and my eldest son’s Father/Dad Mr. Drakes whom I’ve know since we were school age he and I are still friends and the Mother and Father of Keenan. I am thankful to say and rejoice in  the  love I have for myself, my children, and my relationships with MEN, Spirit has blessed me with mercy that has allowed me to celebrate all MEN without judgment. Let’s all look within ourselves to define our roles and how they affect the relationships we have created.. HAPPY FATHER’S TO ALL MEN THE FATHER’S AND DAD’S that have been blessed to be CALLED! I LOVE LIVIN & I KNOW YOU DO TOO!

FIRST FELL IN LOVE WITH ORAGANICS

I first fell in love with organic when I walked into a Whole Foods Market. As I walked into the produce section my eyes begin to expand. The presentation, decor, and layout was like no other grocery store I had ever seen. Everything was so bright, fresh and vibrant. As I proceeded to the bakery counter my eyes grew with amazement. There stood, behind the counter a beautiful Gingerbread Man that I had to have! I invited him home. My life was forever changed mentally, physically and spiritually. I met the man of my dreams soul mate and best friend whom we have created magic and miracles. He has shown me that true love is possible and not only in fairy tales. I met the love of my life having an organic experience. Open yourself up to a healthy way of life healthy thoughts and choices create a healthy, happy loving YOU! I trust that if you try organic you may fall in love too; I did!

OUR “I LOVE LIVIN IS A LIFESTYLE” MOVEMENT

This project is an opening into our lives. Our motto for 2013 is “FLTA-Family Living in Truth and Abundance!” Family is # 1 and we represent an idea, it is LOVE and LIGHT which is expressed in multiple ways. Along this journey we will allow YOU the audience to perceive and receive us in your likeness!  Because no one can see themselves without the relationship of others plus we are all individuals entitled to express the Spirit within. Another one of Our words is “UNLIMITEDNESS” which empowers US to be all things. We create and have created our own universe by unplugging our Spirits from the Matrix…. Through the study and practice of metaphysics, meditation, yoga, exercise, healthy eating habits and more to align our mind, body, and soul as ONE (connect with Higher Self) to have a direct connection through the ETHER. We hold each other accountable with our actions on a quest for congruence -each one teach one- we also guide and teach our children through those many methods mentioned.  We all are reflections of one another and we want to share the LOVE and LIGHT with all.  We are a party of 4 (1 male partner, 1 women partner and 2 children 1 male and 1 female). A double balance of masculine and feminine energies (YIN &YANG). We LOVE LIVIN!
