My grandmother whom we called “Mama” would say, “Treat others like you would like to be treated” and “if you did not have anything nice to say do not say anything at all”. These were statements of wisdom and good human rules to live by.
At the time I did not know she was ministering to me. These statements are scripture.
The 1st that comes to mind:
19 “Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself“. Matthew 19:19 KJV
Then today my daughter made me aware that today’s scripture reminded her of what I always say, treat people like you wanna be treated”. It is the human thing to do.
This scripture is:
6 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10 KJV
“This type of human behavior also links to karma” our 16 year old daughter also stated. The karma part is actually another deeper conversation yet all these human responsibilities and actions are interrelated.

I am honored to hear stories about Mama. Her spirit is with our family.
