Meditation

For ages yogis, sages and many spiritual beings have practiced forms of meditation. Why would such beings take time to quiet their minds? It is the CONNECTION with HIGH SELF that allows the theta state to be revisited daily. Meditation has benefited me greatly. I was born to teenage parents in the late 70’s which gave way to the crack epidemic. You can imagine the dysfunction I must overcome. The meditations has assisted me to heal from such traumas. Now I use all that I have learned to be happy. What do you think about meditation and how it can help you?
