Back in the day I was in a relationship with a young woman whom I attended high school. We never dated in high school but we got together a couple years after while I was separated from my wife. We were in our early 20’s and needless to say it didn’t work out. I did all kind of things that a friend would not do behind this girl’s back. She sent me a dear john email and I never heard from her until 8 years later I ran into her at a grocery store. She took off running at the sight of me. Over the next 2 years I saw her several times but she didn’t see me. I wanted to ask her for forgiveness so I promised myself the next time I saw her I would find a way to make it so. It just so happened that I saw her at another grocery store and she didn’t see me again. I seized the opportunity and waited outside the store for her. As she came out I humbly extended a warm hello and spoke from my heart. This kind spirited woman graciously accepted my apology and forgave me. A huge weight was lifted from my crown. One of the best days I ever had. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful “TRANSMUTERS” of negative energy in existence. Which leads me to the mission :Please post your forgiveness stories. Let me know of anytime in your life that you should have forgiven someone and didn’t. Also post any stories where forgiveness was involved.

My would have to be forgiving myself for any negative energies I may have carried that was not serving my spirit. When you cannot forgive you keep yourself in a holding pattern which causes stagnation. Your spirit wants to be free and I’ve freed mine by way of forgiveness!

and pain in the past where it belongs and to not bring it up in random conversations….arguments….etc. when we forgive we we make it easier to be forgiven. I have been on both ends of the spectrum and forgiveness will always reign from my heart because is exactly what’s needed to make a brand new start.
